Tai Chi

Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise. To do tai chi, you perform a defined series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each movement or posture flows to the next without pausing.

At least a three-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations less than three hours. And for less than one hour, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
